	LOCATION
	One mile NE of the city of Fort Towson in SE Oklahoma.
	From Oklahoma City take I40 east to Henryetta.
	Take Indian Nation Turnpike south to Hugo.
	Take US-70 east 15 miles through Fallon, Sawyer, West Fort Towson, and Fort Towson.
	Just east of the City of Fort Towson is a FTM Park sign.
	Go one mile north to the park's (camp) entrance.
	Fort Towson is the site of an 1824 US Army base that hosts Redenzvous re-enactors. The re-enactors set up authentic tents and facilities like you might have found during that period. They sell trade goods (leather, skins, jewelry) that might have been sold during that period. Our scouts will be allowed to set up their tents in a non-authentic area and attend the redezvous during the day.
